The following files were received from the first Terran Trade Council Planetary Survey Administration expedition, located on Henry Draper (HD) 109358.3. These files contain highly sensitive information regarding troop deployment, strength, and materiel on HD 109358.3 (aka Chara IV), as well as records and xenoenvironmental studies of the survey expedition's establishment of Frontier Military Outpost #024, and have been made available to the Terran Defense Authority High Command by Quintad Executive Order #58-991. Impact studies to determine the cost effectiveness of the Clinton Maxwell survey expedition and FMO #024 and the feasibility of future survey missions are still inconclusive. Additional reports from the Clinton Maxwell expedition will be forwarded as they become available.
